ABOUT THE ROLE

Life Ready is launching it's 2nd location in Melbourne in the fast growing suburb of Point cook. We are looking for  a high capacity, passionate, individual with leadership experience and a collaborative team-minded approach, to join our team as a physio and take on a leadership role in growing the business, building and leading the team with a goal to own equity in the business.

The successful candidate must

• Have shown the ability to build and maintain a full-time caseload
• Demonstrate strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence
• Demonstrate Initiative and innovative thinking
• Demonstrate empathy and a passion to learn and grow quickly in alignment with a fast growth national company.
• Exhibit resilience and the ability to think and problem solve in high pressure situations.

BENEFITS

• We will invest heavily in the applicant including business, finance and leadership training on a fortnightly basis
• You will be paid a commission for your treatment as well as a profit share bonus tied to the performance of the practice
• There will also be future scope to purchase, own or manage this or another practice with us should the candidate desire.
• The clinic is large with state of the art facilities and equipment - Having been recognised on various publications, including broadsheet, and nominated for various global architecture awards
• One on one collaborative learning sessions with specialist physios (paid for by the company)
• Flexible treatment times (pick how long you treat patients for) - Must be > 20 mins
• Autonomy (Treat how you want within evidence-based practice, as long as patients get great service, and receive a documented plan)
• Additional income streams (Life Ready remunerates its physios to blog or do one on one mentoring) - Mentors must be post-grad physios or greater.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful individual will work with us in a team, contribute new ideas, execute these ideas, build and manage a case load, and must exhibit the following attributes:

• At least 2 years private practice experience
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Initiative and resourcefulness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
