Our clinic is seeking a warm, friendly receptionist for our fast growing Podiatry clinic in Arundel, near the Gold Coast University Hospital.
We are looking for someone that can work a minimum of 16 hours per week and can cover shifts if need be.
We are a structural podiatry clinic, we are very unique and currently are the only structural podiatry clinic in Queensland. Our clinic is very fast paced and we can see up to 100 clients each day . Every employee in the clinic wants to make a difference in people's lives and help them get out of pain. We are looking for someone that is good at multitasking and friendly to our clients.
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and always put customer service first.
The position is a casual position. There are early starts and late finishes, but this position offers an excellent work life balance. You will work approximately two days a week with the possibility of an increase of hours.
Roles & Responsibilities
The position entails answering of phones, processing of payments, welcoming clients, learning scripts, element of sales and basic office maintenance.
