Crewe Sharp Medical is a successful Nursing Agency and Training/Education provider to aged care facilities nationwide. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and are committed to the development and growth of our clients.
Due to continued growth, we require the services of a Casual Trainer to facilitate various sessions on an 'as need' basis.
The successful candidate will be flexible to work as required as bookings come in. You will work closely with our Clinical Advisor who will provide full support. The majority of our sessions will be held on site at various facilities within all areas of Sydney.
You will be required to deliver a number of mandatory training sessions, and other short courses covering various topics as required by our clients. All courses have been written and ready for presentation.
With prior experience as a Trainer within the aged care industry, you will also meet the following selection criteria:

Have extensive and current knowledge within the aged care industry

Have a desire to teach and make a difference within the aged care industry

Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA / TAE)

Have a current Drivers License and reliable vehicle

Have excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to establish solid ongoing relationships with clients

Experience with Power Point

Have access to your own data projector

Be a current or previous Registered Nurse
This position is on a casual basis and hours are based upon workload demand. An attractive hourly rate will be negotiable to reflect qualifications and experience.
