Position Summary 

This Aged Care facility holds 100 beds for those with Dementia, Respite and High Care Support requirements, allowing residents to live in a safe and amicable community where all of their care requirements will be attended to.

If you have strong Registered Nursing experience or strong ACFI Consultant experience and you are looking to make a change this position could be for you! 

Duties

• Provide training and education to the clinical team
• Review ACFI assessments
• Ensure open communication with residents and families
• Ensure all clinical reports are completed and accurate
• Liaise with the Facility Manager and show leadership with the care teams
• Review resident care plans and action any concerns

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

• A degree in Nursing
• 1-2 years' management experience with an Aged Care facility
• Sound knowledge of ACFI

Attention to detail, confidence, having an understanding of ACFI and the Accreditation processes are vital to performing well as a Care Manager.
