This organisation is a well respected aged care provider with a focus on the future. In an ever changing market they really plan to be ahead of the curve. With all management having direct contact with the CEO, this team really works collaboratively to ensure they are providing consumer centred care at the highest quality.


The role:
The role will see you manage this medium sized facility located in the Eastern suburbs. You will be responsible for the daily management of the facility. You will ensure occupancy is met as well as ACFI being maximised. You will be a hands on manager and ensure the level of care provided is of the highest quality.


This role will be suited to an experienced aged care manger who works collaboratively and in a team. The facility is well supported with a CCC on site, as well as an Admin Officer and an excellent care team. You will be supported by a Director of Care, Group ACFI, Group Admissions and hands on CEO from head office.

Essential Criteria

• AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse div 1
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Demonstrated ability managing teams
• Extensive knowledge regarding ACFI
• Knowledge of Aged Care legislation and requirements
• Proven ability with accreditation
• Hands on approach to management
• Excellent Knowledge of accreditation
