An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Registered Nurse to have a key leadership role in the progressive Cancer and General Medicine team at Sunshine Hospital.
The permanent full time role will provide leadership and management to a strongly committed nursing team. You will work with a wider multidisciplinary team in a collaborative model to shape the provision, service development and implementation of best care to our patients.
Ward 2E is a 32 bed multidiscipline ward providing specialist patient care in the following streams:
- Oncology
- Haematology
- Nephrology
- Gastroenterology and
- Endocrinology
As Nurse Unit Manager, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to continue to provide and improve the care given to our patients.
If you have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience as a senior registered nurse or equivalent and have the management and leadership skills and passion to lead our team, we want to hear from you.
