Located in the Eastern suburbs and accommodating 80 residents, this home which is part of a Not for Profit Aged Care provider has excellent support from head office and an experienced and engaging Facility Manager.
The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and education to clinical staff whilst ensuring all clinical outcomes are met.
Responsibilities will include:
- Staff Management
- Roster Management
- Manage and supervise provision of care
- Oversee ACFI management
- Ensure facility meets all regulatory compliance requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates will require:
- Div 1 Nursing qualifications with current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 4-5 years Aged Care experience
- Understanding of legislative requirement in Aged Care
- Demonstrated high level understanding of ACFI
- High level leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Current National Police check
