Your Challenge:

An exciting opportunity has arisen, for a Commercial Contracts Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Contracts Manager for ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in minimizing financial risk and maximizing operational and financial performance for the entire organization across Australia and New Zealand.

Well known for your experience in negotiating large, complex, commercial contracts and your exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills, you will identify, manage and advise on, key commercial issues that arise in the contract administration of health technology (including software) and health equipment supply contracts. You will also manage potential risks after the Contract execution, by working directly with our Field Execution teams. In addition, you will be responsible for contract lifecycle management as well as the negotiation , management and administration of third party partners.   

This is a customer facing role, driven by tight schedules,  working with customers in the Public and Private sector,  as well as representing our Commercial Business to various internal stakeholders including; Legal, Regional Sales Managers, Project Management and Supply Chain. 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement or Contract Management
  • 5 + years proven experience in a similar role, successfully managing complex sales contracts, with exposure to the Public and Private sectors, from tender stage to order execution
  • Understanding of the legal implications and risk factors associated with commercial contracts
  • Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating term and drafting contracts
  • Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, think laterally and strategically, and draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions
  • Excellent business communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, both in one-on one and group situations
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities across a diverse area and meet deadlines
