We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in primary care or who is keen to develop the skills necessary to be a successful clinical care director in an established and busy General Practice surgery.
Essential criteria
- RN qualification recognised in Australia

primary care experience is preferred
-
current registration
-
understanding of the care plan, CDM environment and intersted in being involved in new Medical Health Care Home program initiatives

current police check
-
ability to work five days per week
-
high level skills in spoken and written English
- Minimum 5 years experience in an RN capacity.
Desirable criteria

post graduate experience in some health care field

exposure to Best Practice medical software
-
able to start within a short time
-
aged care experience
