About the Role
Working along side highly trained plastic surgeons in a thriving and exciting team environment, as a ONE Cosmetic Foundation receptionist you will guide each patient with care from the initial point of contact through the entire patient journey.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Representing the ONE Cosmetic Foundation brand
- Building and maintaining meaningful patient relationships
- Liaising with patients and managing all enquiries in a prompt, professional and compassionate manner
- Managing the scheduling of consultations, treatments & surgical procedures
- Maintaining client records; regularly communicating with patients to ensure their experience is highly personalised
- Taking pride in personal appearance; with immaculate presentation & communication skills
- Showing a keen interest in the cosmetic surgery industry
- Availability 3 - 4 days per week
