- $28.50/ Hour + Super + Leave Entitlements

What will you do?
These roles are primarily responsible for the delivery of clinical care to ADF Personnel, providing health support to training activities/incidents within the military area and facility. Other responsibilities include:
- Assist with dental administration;
- Chair-side assistance to Dentists/Dental Specialists/Dental Hygienists;
- Promotion of oral health to patients where qualified;
- Take dental intra-oral/extra-oral radiographs where licensed;
- Implement infection control procedures within the dental surgery;
- Implement infection control procedures on the reprocessing of dental instruments and equipment;
- Pouring of dental models as directed, where trained;
- Manage patients in accordance with approved protocols; and
- Participate in quality and governance improvement.
What you need to apply:
- Be an Australian Citizen (in order to obtain a Baseline security clearance);
- A certificate III in Dental Assisting;
- Present a minimum of 2 years full-time chair side dental assisting experience (or full-time equivalent hours)
- Hold a current First Aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation certificate.
