E4 Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Facility Manager to lead an independent and innovative facility in the Sutherland Shire (2227).

T H E   O P P O R T U N I T Y
This Not-For-Profit, faith based Aged Care Provider is well known and respected throughout NSW and VIC. Due to their focus on comfort and innovative lifestyle for the residents and staff, they have established a great reputation in the local community. They specialises in Dementia care, palliative care, rehabilitation and older person's mental health services.

T H E   R O L E
The Facility Manger will coordinate and lead all of the day to day operations of the facility to ensure that the staff deliver a high quality of care to each individual resident. You will be expected to showcase great leadership, guidance and respect to the residents and Care Staff - as you will be the go-to person that pulls everything together. Ensuring the efficient operational and financial management of the Residential Care home. 

A B O U T   Y O U

• At least 2 years experience managing a residential aged care facility
• Thorough understanding of aged care legislation, ACFI and the accreditation process
• Experience in Dementia care is not essential, although you must show interest. 
• Ability to lead, support and motivate staff members
• Good business acumen
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. 
• Tertiary qualifications or working towards.
