Join an interdisciplinary Paediatric Brain Injury Rehabilitation Team in providing service coordination and specialised case management to clients. The team is dedicated and enthusiastic in providing hands on active rehabilitation to inpatient and community based clients with an acquired brain injury.
You will have a high level of understanding around case management processes required in rehabilitation including a strong understanding of the framework and guidelines associated with Compulsory Third Party Insurance and iCare / Lifetime Care and Support Schemes and an understanding of interdisciplinary rehabilitation care planning to support the achievement of rehabilitation goals for individual clients.
The service offers you flexibility in this position covering five days per fortnight, such as three days one week to two the next.
