JOB DETAILS:
Henderson Healthcare is looking for a skilled Manager that has experience working in a clinical/mental health setting and relevant qualifications such as Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences and Mental Health Nursing. This position would suit an applicant that is willing to live and work in a regional/remote location and has the skills to build a team in a brand new service!! Your main duties would include:
- Overall management of a Regional Mental Health service
- Clinical Leadership to multidisciplinary staff including performance reviews
- Liaising with external agencies and relationship building
- Report writing
- Recruitment of new staff
- Clinical decision making and strategy implementation

SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Psychologist, Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse or similar
- At least 2 years experience in a similar leadership setting
- Experience working with Youth & Young Adults will be highly regarded
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
