About our Clinic
We are an independent and privately-owned audiology clinic specializing in diagnostics, rehabilitation and tinnitus management. We operate multiple full-time and part time clinics across metropolitan and regional Melbourne. Our experienced and enthusiastic group of audiologists are passionate and focused on delivering the highest level of client care and outcomes.
The Opportunity
Due to our continued success and expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for an audiologist to join our professional and dedicated team.
We are looking for individuals who:
* have a genuine desire to help our patients with their friendly and caring outlook;
* have a passion for meeting and exceeding patients’ needs with every interaction; and

Responsibilities will include:
- Work closely and diligently with Ent Surgeons.
- Pediatric and adult diagnostic assessment with full reporting and communication of results to the patient and appropriate referral source, as well as appropriate on-referral to ensure the patient receives the best possible outcome
- Comprehensively assessing and educating clients in making an informed decision about the best hearing solution for their needs
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with local GPs, ENT Specialists and related medical practitioners
The right audiologist to join the team will:
- Possess a tertiary qualification appropriate to the position
- Hold a current Clinical Certificate of Practice and full membership of a professional body (Audiology Australia or ACAud)
- Have well rounded clinical acumen in all areas of audiology including diagnostics, for both adults and children, and adult rehabilitation.
- Have a valid, or eligible to have a valid, Working with Children's card
- Be able to work as part of a multi-disciplined team without supervision
- Strong attention to detail and clinical record keeping
- Have highly honed interpersonal and organisation skills, in dealing with patients, referring ENT Specialists, Doctors and management
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Have a valid, or be eligible to have, a valid Working with Children card
