An exciting position exists for a pharmacist to be part of the Ramsay Hospital and Retail Pharmacy Team in our Gold Coast located Pharmacy Departments. This involves the delivery of clinical pharmacy services, the supply of medication and ensuring the application of medication safety and the quality use of medicines in our hospital dispensaries and retail pharmacies. The pharmacist is a critical part of the multi-disciplinary health care team at the hospitals.
The role is a full time or part time position and would be based at John Flynn Hospital Dispensary. The successful candidate would be required to be available to work across a number of locations and all shifts including weekends and public holidays. Ramsay Retail Pharmacy John Flynn is a 24 hour pharmacy with 3 shifts per day including midnight to 8am. The hospital dispensaries and pharmacy are open 365 days a year.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
- Demonstrated contemporary pharmacy experience - either hospital or community pharmacy experience
- Current registration with APHRA
- Organisational skills and a proven capacity to manage a competing workload and to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
