Prevention Partners is a boutique Brisbane-based company proudly delivering high quality Registered Nurse services to GPs in the Brisbane area.
We require an experienced, well-organised & autonomous Registered Nurse to work one day per week in a Manly GP clinic, implementing the Chronic Disease and Health Assessment program. This is a regular Friday position and is contract-based.
As an experienced RN, this role would see you conducting patient assessments, providing targeted education to patients and completing report documents for the GPs with whom you are supporting.
Passion for patient education, pride in one’s work quality and an ability to manage workload and time is essential in this role. Experience in a GP clinic conducting Chronic Disease Management programs is highly advantageous.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A current Level 1 Registration with AHPRA;
- A current CPR certificate;
- A passion for delivering high quality Nursing standards;
- Strong computer literacy skills; and,
- A flexible and warm interpersonal style and the ability to work autonomously and effectively within agreed timeframes.
