Would you like a key role in providing quality services to doctors and patients? Come join our Redcliffe Peninsula 7 Day Medical Centre in this rewarding Nurse Supervisor role, where you will provide quality care to a diverse mix of patients, through:
- Assisting the medical practitioner in delivering medical services: patient triage, acute illness, health assessments /injury management, rehabilitation and chronic disease management
- Supporting the Practice manager through coordinating and monitoring the day to day operation of the Treatment Room
- Providing support and guidance to the Nursing team on clinical issues and ensuring standards are maintained
- Identifying & contributing to the development of patient educational needs
- Implementing and practicing infection control
Do you have the qualities that we are looking for?
- Current AHPRA Nurse registration – Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent communication skills
- Dedication to quality and maintaining high clinical standards
- A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
- A sense of urgency, compassion and professionalism
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
