We are seeking expressions of interest from talented, passionate and caring PCAs to work on various shifts. We especially want to hear from confident and empathetic individuals who can work independently or as part of a team.
In addition to the above, the ideal candidates will have:
- Certificate 3 in Aged Care
- Experience working in a dementia specific setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- First Aid Certificate and knowledge of allied health/human movement
- Able to manage competing priorities, and be flexible with hours
- An appreciation and respect for working with people from diverse backgrounds
