Help in the Home are based in Melbourne and provide care to elderly clients and those with a disability, encouraging and supporting people to remain independent in their own homes.
As our business is growing we are seeking to recruit Personal Care, Respite Care and Home Care staff to join our team. Duties will include assisting clients with all aspects of daily living such as showering, dressing and preparing meals, transporting to appointments and shopping together with companionship and general cleaning duties in clients own homes.
We are seeking candidates who are available weekdays. Ideally, we are seeking staff who want to commit to a regular ongoing roster where you would be visiting regular clients and providing a customer-focused service. Areas that you may be assigned to are: Inner-Eastern suburbs or Inner South-East suburbs . We can help you build an exciting career that recognises, trains and supports you in what you love to do. To be considered for this role you must possess:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or HACC
- Current First Aid Level 2 Certificate
- Current full drivers license and a reliable, comprehensively insured car
- Caring, Compassionate and Honest disposition
- A second language is desirable, but not essential
