About the company:
Our client is an innovative and global orthopaedic medical device company that has a strong analytical and strategic approach to ensure that they remain market leaders within the medical device industry.
About the role:
Reporting into the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling medical device products to surgical specialists and clinical professionals within Southern Sydney
- Liaising with the marketing team to develop effective brand and marketing development programs
- Establishing strong working relationships with new and existing customers and ensure all requirements are met in a timely manner
- Maintaining a detailed knowledge of all company products and their applications
- Gathering market intelligence and competitor activity and providing feedback to the wider sales and marketing team
About you:
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing or a related field
- Previous sales experience working within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Significant medical device product knowledge is highly desirable
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
This role requires someone that is driven, passionate and tenacious with a positive attitude.
