Aged Care Facility Manager/ Director of Nursing (DON) - Registered Nurse (RN) - Regional NSW - Riverina region

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Good financial and budgeting skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
• Superior communication skills
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
