About us

Bald Hills Dental is a new, modern privately owned dental practice, northside of Brisbane. Our team include 3 Dentist, our Practice Manager and 2 Dental Assistant/Receptionists. Our practice is focused on provided high quality dental treatment using the latest technology and equipment to our patients. Our team has many years’ experience within the industry providing all treatment types from general dentistry, surgical procedures, through to endodontic, implant and orthodontic treatment.  

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years chair-side assisting experience; ideally obtains a Certificate III or higher in Dental Assisting but not a must;
• Dedicated, motivated and confident in providing high quality, professional patient care and treatment and works well within a team
• Available to work on a full-time basis including late evenings and Saturdays;
• Have a fun, bubbly and enthusiastic personality with the ability to build strong practitioner & patient relation

  Your role will include:

• Providing a high standard of patient care and customer service
• Assisting the dentist in all dental treatments
• Sterilisation and cleaning of instruments
• Computer charting and clinical note taking
• General cleaning and maintenance of the surgery
• Minor reception duties, such as answering calls, making appointments, taking payment & treatment plan presentation

This full-time position is an Immediate start for the successful applicant. Your remuneration package is dependent on your Experience & will be based off the Australian Health Care Support Staff Award.
