We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses for our St Mary’s Residential aged care facility – Raceview. Casual opportunity available with a variety of shifts across a 14 day roster
More about you:
- You will be a Qualified Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA Registration
- You will ideally have experience in Aged Care and a knowledge of chronic conditions, palliative and dementia care
- You will have a strong clinical focus with the ability to provide a high level of holistic support that best suits the individual.
- You will work well within a team environment
- Must be able to work at short notice (On-call) and available Mondays to Sundays.
- Shifts are going to vary from Days, Afternoons and Night duty – Must be able to do any shift
You will have a strong clinical focus with the ability to undertake comprehensive clinical assessment of our residents, critically analyse the findings and liaise with other members of the clinical care and health team to provide a holistic plan to provide the highest level of support that best suits the individual.
