Opportunity for an experienced RN to step into clinical lead role
Excellent EBA and salary packaging benefits
New facility being built on site

This position reports to the Executive Officer at this small aged care facility located in the Northern suburbs. This is an exciting time to join this group as this site will be expanding to a 110 bed aged care facility. It will be a brand new purpose built facility. This role will transition to the new facility. You will be involved in the commissioning and ensuring staff and residents are happy with the changes.

This is a clinically focused role, and although the Executive Officer is an RN and will be on site to support, with a new facility you may be called up to manage the site when he is absent.

The facility boasts an excellent staff culture who are clinically excellent. They have passed accreditation last month and the staff comments were outstanding.

Excellent communication skills.
Accreditation experience
ACFI experience
Previous experience in a clinical lead position in aged care

Essential Criteria:

Positive attitude
AHPRA registration as an RN
Police check (current)
Success in managing change
