The organisation:
COORDINARE is the South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network and has been established to take up the challenge of commissioning and supporting Primary Health Care for the region.
About the Role:
COORDINARE is seeking a qualified professional to work within the Commissioning team, with responsibility for project coordination, commissioning, decommissioning and mental health reform across complex mental health programs which will include working with the NDIS, Community Managed Organisations as well as consumers and carers.
The Complex Mental Health Project Coordinator will report to the Mental Health Service Development and Performance Manager.
The Applicant:
We are seeking an appropriately qualified professional with experience in driving change across the complex mental health continuum, particularly in a primary and or community health setting.
Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience in the complex mental health field particularly in a primary health environment including detailed understanding of NDIS, the range of psychosocial needs of people with complex mental health needs and the changing landscape in which we operate.
You will have proven strong stakeholder and project management experience working in a complex, specialised environment.
Organised and with demonstrated time management skills, you will be able to coordinate the demands of multiple stakeholders, ensuring they are adequately informed and engaged in the commissioning process.
Additionally, you will have a current driver's licence and be willing to travel with overnight stays as part of this role.
