We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Theatre Manager to join our friendly, committed, and professional team.
This engaging and dynamic role is suited to a clinical expert with an extensive background in the Theatre/Peri-Operative Department. You will be working in a busy complex with two theatres and an endoscopy suite. This role offers great career prospects with a highly sought after organisation with an excellent salary.
Job Details:
- To provide leadership in clinical care with demonstrated theatre/peri-operative management experience.
- Ability to lead, guide and collaborate with all members of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Management of performance appraisals
- Report periodic department results & attend senior management meetings.
Essential Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the peri-operative department.
- Experience as a Scrub/Scout and/or Anaesthetics/Recovery.
- Experience as a clinical leadership role e.g. Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Educator or Facilitator.
- High levels of communication both documented and verbal.
