We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to manage this 100+ bed facility in NSW's lower Hunter Valley.

Responsibilities:

Management of residential operations
Resident lifestyle, health and care management
Oversee recruitment, orientation and performance reviews
Workplace health and safety
Leadership and Culture

Minimum Criteria:

Current AHPRA registration
Minimum 3 years experience in a senior management capacity
Strong ACFI documentation and Care Planning experience
