Registered Nurse - Transitional Aged Care Program Employment Type: Temporary Part Time until February 2019 Position Classification: Registered Nurse Remuneration: $31.58 - $44.34 per hour Hours Per Week: 32 Requisition ID: REQ55919 Location: Armidale Community Health Provide safe compassionate person centred care within the unit/facility ensuring safe care is delivered in collaboration with patients/families/carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.
