E4 Recruitment is seeking a hard working, motivated and energetic Facility Manager to lead a medium sized facility in Sydney's Inner West (2045).

This family owned, medium sized provider is well respected in the community and continually re-invest their funds to grow and improve the organisation.

• The facility has 70+ beds and has provided care for elderly residents for a number of years.
• It is an older style facility that has benefited from recent refurbishment.
• Recently passed accreditation with flying colours so you will be welcomed with a smoothly run facility! 

T H E   R O L E
As the Facility Manager, you will manage all aspects of the home including finances & budgets, staffing, HR issues, change management and continuous improvement. 

You will be expected to showcase great leadership, guidance and respect to the residents and Care Staff - as you will be the go-to person that pulls everything together.

A B O U T   Y O U 

• Recent/ current experience in a Facility Manager/ Director of Nursing position in a medium to large facility
• Qualified Registered Nurse Qualified with current AHPRA registration
• Thorough understanding of aged care legislation, ACFI and the accreditation process
• Ability to lead, support and motivate staff members
• Good business acumen
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. 
• Tertiary qualifications or working towards.
