Your new company:

Your new role:

• As a key position in the leadership team your work makes a significant contribution to the articulation of the strategic direction and day-to-day operational excellence of the organisation.
• Ensure the delivery of quality care and effectively negotiating with clients to ensure that an optimal animal welfare outcome is achieved
• Lead and manage clinic teams, which comprises of 20 Vet and Vet nurses on any given day in the clinic
• Prepare and monitor financial reports and discuss issues with the Chief Veterinarian or financial services as required
• Provide hands on assistance to clinical staff and volunteers where required
• Ensure a high level of service by providing accurate and reliable information and advice to both internal and external stakeholders

Skills and experience:

• Relevant experience within an Operational management role ideally in Animal Welfare or Medical
• Experience in leading a large team of technical and professional support staff and supporting their development
• Approachable and collaborative manner
• Tertiary qualification in Business management or equivalent relevant degree
