The Practice
The modern purpose-built clinic is located near the waterfront in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne around 40 minutes from Melbourne CBD. It ensures to provide quality, accessible primary care to the local community.
There is a warming and comfortable waiting area designed to accommodate all ages, providing TV's, Tablets and a children's game area.
- 16 GP's and 9 Allied Health Services
- Open 8am-midnight 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Bulk Billing Clinic
The Position
The Clinical Director will be a successful leader to the medical team on all aspects of its operation. They will be responsible for the successful functioning of the practice, including the GP's, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.
The position particularly requires successful liaison across the organisation, ensuring a top level of clinical governance and provide teaching and mentoring where necessary. The clinical director will regularly and efficiently report to the Company Director and CEO.
- Provide Strong Clinical Leadership
- Provide ongoing top-level training and teach where necessary
- Ensure effective quality and clinical governance policies and processes are in place
- Demonstrate high levels of commitment to ethical practice
- Demonstrate Advanced Knowledge on medico-legal issues associated with clinical care
Essential Criteria
- Must be registered with AHPRA as a Specialist Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (FRACGP)
- Must have experience leading a clinical team at management level
