• Pay Rate: $30-32 Per Hour + Super
• Hours: 7hours/day, 35hours/week

One of NSW’s largest Government clients are implementing SAP HR Payroll and need your help! This transition to the SAP Payroll system is one of the largest in Australia.
Primary purpose of the role
The HR Customer Services Support Officer role delivers a range of transactional HR services and responds to enquiries and routine requests from internal customers, identifying and escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information. The role is accountable for delivering efficient, accurate and reliable transaction processing to support the effective operation of the functional area.
Key function of the role is to maintain the department's organisational structure within SAP to support SAP Finance and HR workflows.
Skills and experience in the following are required:
• Create/maintain organisational units
• Create/maintain positions
• Maintain cost distribution information
• Maintain delegation / sub-delegation services
• Excellent communication skills
• SAP experience
• 2 + years customer service experience
As the team maintains the department’s organisational structure within SAP for finance purposes and with the pending deployment of an integrated finance and HR payroll system, SAP experience is preferable and, knowledge of position and organisational management.
