PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICER
Full time/Contract opportunities available

Randstad Essendon Fields is looking for a highly skilled, professional and
qualified project support officer within the government sector.
We are looking for a reliable, mature minded and well presented
candidate who is available immediately.
About the role:
- Provide administrative project support to a project manager
- Demonstrate attention to detail, prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
- Proactively monitor emails, phone calls and manage diaries and calendars
- Prepare progress reports and monitor project schedules, budgets and invoicing
- Liaise with key stakeholders in a professional manner
- Assist with coordination of meetings and taking minutes
About you:
- Several years experience within a senior administration role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Initiative and confidence to tackle any task given to you
- Strong computer literacy skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite, and ability to work with specialised databases
The ideal candidate will have strong senior administration experience in the government sector and previous work in project support is preferred but not essential.
