About this role
Undertake policy and program development, review and evaluation of projects for the NSW Health Service, the Ministry of Health, and related government agencies to address current and emerging issues in relation to a range of state-wide policies, including cannabis medicines and programs related to the portfolio of the Chief Health Officer and Deputy Secretary, Population and Public Health.
 
Where you'll be working
The role sits in the Medicinal Cannabis Unit, Office of the Chief Health Officer. There is a diverse range of portfolios held within the Office and dealt with more broadly across the Division. The NSW Ministry of Health is located at North Sydney, close to public transport and a great range of shops and eateries.
 
What you'll be doing
The role provides advice and support to the Office of the Chief Health Officer. The role will assist with projects and in the preparation of high quality written advice in the form of reports, briefs, correspondence, policy, discussion papers or circulars to inform or respond, as required.
