About the opportunity: 
Multiple Capability Proposal Document Developers required to draft Special Operations Capability Proposal documents and co-ordinate the processing of proposals through the newly established ADF SO Capability Assurance Framework governance system. 

Deliverables will include:

• Develop allocated Capability proposals (including requirements statements)
• Revise and improve the SO Capability Assurance Framework documents, specifically the sections that deal with stage 2 CPs
• Develop briefs, presentations, conduct working groups and meetings as required by SO Program Manager, DSOD and SOJ8

Mandatory requirements: 

• Significant experience (6+ years) in developing Capability Definition Documentation within CASG
• Operational experience in a land environment would be highly desirable
• A graduate of CTMC or ATSOC would be highly advantageous
