ROLE DESCRIPTION

Work with an innovator of industry-leading solutions in industrial and commercial refrigeration. You will be responsible for project management cold storage warehouses, distribution centres and food processing facilities. Working closely with customers, business developers and design managers to ensure project needs are met throughout installation and commissioning.  We are looking for Graduates with a passion for Mechanical Engineering within the Industrial Refrigeration sector. Professionally Licensed Engineers are highly regarded.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Background in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC & Industrial Refrigeration
• Professional Engineering License Highly Regarded
• AutoCAD Drafting Experience Highly Regarded
• Autodesk AutoCAD, LT, Inventor, Revit, P&ID, Plant 3D Proficiencies Desired
• Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY

• Read & Understand Mechanical Drawings, Piping, Block Flow, Refrigeration
• Manage Technical, Commercial, Contractual & Fabrication Requirements
• Capacity to Manage Multiple Highly Customised Projects
• Highly Effective Communication Skills Verbal and Written
• Drafting P&ID Drawings with All Design Details
• Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Equipment such as Compressors, Condensers, Room Coolers, Valves & Controls
• Familiar with Installation of Pipes, Fittings & Insulations
• Manage Engineering, Materials, Scheduling, Costs, Shipping & Quality
• Problem Solve Issues around Design, Commissioning, Warranties
• Understanding of Environmental Codes & Standards
• Negotiate with Major Suppliers, Subcontractors, Licensors, Consultants etc.
• Maintain the Management of a Risk & Safety Plan
• Familiar with Piping & Refrigeration - Boosters, Economizing, Equalizing, Condensers, Compressors, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers etc.
  
• Work Exceptionally Well Under Pressure
