Your New Role
Due to being awarded several projects in Victoria in recent months they are looking to strategically grow their existing team to ensure they can continue to supply the level of services and quality their clients have come to expect. This position will be overseeing the delivery of various construction projects. It will involve managing deliverables in line with resource allocation and the associated reports required. The relationships you forge in this role will ensure deliverables are in line with expectations and communicated clearly between clients and contractors.


What You'll Need to Succeed

• 3+ years’ Experience in working for a consultancy firm as a construction engineer
• Advanced interpersonal skills including the ability to cross communicate between project stakeholders with at times different agendas and the ability to mediate and nullify potential disputes
• Civil Engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualification
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills in both written reports and presentations
• Experienced in managing deliverables as well as resource allocation
