ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A multidisciplinary consultancy offering design services within the Civil, Structural and Building Services sectors throughout Australia. With a particular strength in the Civil Engineering realm, this company deliver civil projects ranging from subdivision design, through to roads, stormwater drainage and site grading for buildings and infrastructure developments. As such, they are looking for a mid-level Civil Engineer who they can invest to train and mentor into a Senior role.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As a mid-level Civil Engineer, you will work closely with the Civil Team Leader to receive hands on guidance to be able to step into a Senior role and manage your projects autonomously. Your project scope will consist of stormwater drainage, roads and subdivision projects across NSW, and you will manage the project from concept through to construction.
DUTIES.
- Collaborate with the engineers and drafting team internally
- Design multiple civil projects - drainage, roads and subdivisions
- Conduct site visits and inspections regularly
- Liaise with clients and local councils
- Receive hands on guidance from the Team Leader
- Engineering degree qualified
- Prior experience within a consultancy environment is highly favourable
- Experience with stormwater drainage, roads or subdivision design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
