About the Client for the role of Senior Water Service Coordinator (WSC):

My client is a well-known and respected international consultancy with offices throughout Australia and overseas. They are known for their outstanding skills and services across a number sectors including infrastructure, buildings, and water.

The role of Senior WSC: The client is currently looking for a  to join their operations in Sydney. Due to increased workload, they are looking for a team leader to manage and mentor the current successful team of junior staff. The role will be team management, delivery focused with some business development rather than hands-on project management. 

Key responsibilities for the Senior WSC include: 
  

• Directly liaise with project managers, Sydney Water, council and other stakeholders
• Manage and mentor a team of 5
• Business development
• Comply with the quality management system and provide feedback and recommendations where the system may need modification. 

  
Experience for Senior WSC:

• 6+ years experience on water projects, particularly critical mains and large water renewals
• Experience managing a program of works 
• Experience managing a team is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
