The Role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing major capital projects with responsibility for scope, budget, timeline and equipment selection.
• Being able to influence internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment of the various project stakeholders.
• Develop, Champion and drive reliability best practice across the site.
• Adhere to all safety, quality and environmental compliance through all stages of the project.
• Provide clear, accurate and timely project process reports back to the capital engineering manager and senior management.

Your Background

You will be a tertiary qualified engineer with extensive Project Engineering and Project Management experience within the food manufacturing industry. You will be able to demonstrate experience successfully delivering high value projects and have exceptional communication skills with the ability to work at all levels. You will also be career driven and passionate about leading projects.
