The Client:
I am currently working very closely with a market leading, multinational HVAC&R/Controls company. They have continued to dominate the mechanical market year on year and are now in a position to bring on a new sales engineer. The company culture flows from top down, with senior management offering continued support, guidance and progression opportunities. The company itself has a reputation for excellence and would like to bring on a new member of staff who reflects this.
The Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and deliver a sales pipeline for refrigeration products
- Product selection and quotation
- Wholesaler & contractor product training
- Organisation of sales & brand promotion – including exhibitions, seminars and presentations
- Monthly sales and customer reporting including continuous CRM updates
The Role Requirements:
- Technical HVAC knowledge
- Degree/diploma – Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/Refrigeration Trade Qualification or similar
- Industry sales and technical experience for 5+ years within HVAC&R
- Sales and commercial experience at a minimum account level
