Main Duties

• flexibility to be able to work both night and day shift 
• Implementation and management of all Health and Safety aspects of the project
• Resourcing plant and material for the works including programming the works.
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors and internal team to achieve productive outcomes for the project
• Supervision of all works completed onsite to ensure required quality and productivity
•  Manage & check contractors works

  
  
Essential skills and requirements:
 

• RMS spec knowledge is essential
• Previous experience across civil works including general roading construction, concrete works, earth work and drainage
• you must be able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace
• Have the ability and experience to run direct and sub-contract labour teams safely and productively.
• Proven leadership abilities you must be able to communicate clearly with all staff members to achieve the best possible out comes

  
Benefits:
A package which is in-line with the technical nature and demands of the role which includes: $120-150k base salary + super.
