One of Melbourne's most recognisable Civil Engineering Design consultancies are seeking a new Project Manager to join their highly regarded team.
With a modern and central office here and presence elsewhere in Australia and a growing reputation, globally, this firm looks set t continue expanding it's Melbourne operation. They specialise predominantly in the urban development space but have a enviable portfolio of civil and sporting infrastructure projects as well.
Key to the quality of their work and the ongoing success of securing and delivering these projects is the desire to recruit an additional Project Manager.
With circa 5+ years experience (ideally in the residential subdivisions market in Victoria/Australia) you will join and report directly to the Engineering Manager and oversee effective of multiple projects. Duties will include project costing, project planning, the preparation of tenders and the ongoing liaison with key clients - nurturing and new business development.
To be considered, you will have a proven background in either a consulting, contractor or local govt. environment delivering land development projects. You will hold either a BEng or Diploma in Civil Engineering, have a current drivers license and possess excellent communication skill (written and verbal).
