We have an exciting opportunity for those looking to commence their Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology Apprenticeship!

We are on the lookout for motivated, committed and reliable talent to work with our client at Moorooka - Someone who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training.

Description

Our client specialise in panel beating and spray painting that won’t break the bank. They are a small team of auto mechanics who are dedicated professionals with years of experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

Working within a team environment, you will be expected to complete these responsibilities daily:

• Sanding using hand or power tools
• Carrying out masking procedures
• Applying primer and finishing coats and polishing
• Paint Prepping
• Maintenance Equipment and workshop
• Cleaning

Selection Criteria

• Worked in this industry before
• Ability to undertake manual/physical work
• Desire to learn all things Automotive
• Punctual, reliable and energetic
• Certificate II in general Automotive
• Previous experience working in a workshop environment
• Strong work etiquette
• Commitment and determination to complete a 4-year apprenticeship

Benefits

• You will be enrolled into a Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology, the qualification is fully paid for.

• You will be earning a weekly wage whilst working full time
