Our Project Coordinator opportunity will suit an organised and enthusiastic individual who wants a challenging and rewarding role as part of a dynamic and growing telecommunications division. You will be joining our high performing telecommunication team working closely with several key stakeholders across our telecommunications business including Project Leaders, Project Managers and Project Engineers.
The primary purpose of the Project Coordinator is to assist the project teams to ensure efficient scheduling and programming of works maximising field resources. You will plan and manage assigned projects from initiation through to project closure with responsibility for project documentation. You will be responsible for day to day scheduling as well as forecasting workloads up to four weeks ahead across multiple projects. You will also assist the project management team with management of project procurement activities including subcontract tendering and head/subcontract contract administration.
You will have experience within the Telecommunications sector and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will have qualifications and/or industry experience with scheduling technical works. You will have outstanding Project Management skills and have a proven ability to operate in a live environment and to work with project hurdles. You will be technically strong, computer literate and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
