Your new company
Work for a leading organisation in their industry. Going through some major projects within the civil construction space and needed a Perth based Civil Project Engineer to assist with a large portfolio of works.
Your new role
Your day to day role will see you Perth based but with the need for site visits across the state to oversee progress. The variety in your projects will offer challenges and a dynamic working environment where you will report to industry leading Project managers.
Your key focus will be to:
- Assist to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Monitor project materials
- Cost control
- Variations
- Manage OHSE & QA specifications
- Organise plant and personnel
- Contracts Administration
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced Project Engineer with a strong focus and an academic background in Civils.
To be suitable for this 6 month contract you will have the follow criteria:
- 3+ years' experience working on civil earthworks projects
- Hold a Civil engineering degree
- Full commitment to driving a strong safety culture
- Experience monitoring multiple civils projects
- Outstanding communication skills
- WA based and available to start imminently
What you'll get in return
In return for your experience and motivated approach, you will be offered an initial 6 month contract with the potential to extend. Your Perth based hourly rate will be $55 - 60/ hour.
