[link removed]Our Infrastructure Services division operates three business units: Road Services; Infrastructure Projects and Rail. As we continue our evolution of growth and innovation, the best people are critical to our success in supporting our customers and catering to market demands.

Due to recent project wins our Infrastructure Projects business are now seeking to engage the capability of an experienced Commercial Manager with Infrastructure experience for our Shoalwater Bay Training Area Remediation Project based in Woolloongabba.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrated capability in Infrastructure industries and/ or Civil Construction
• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering and/or equivalent
• Ability to develop strategic alliances with suppliers and subcontractors
• Demonstrable and successful experience in a commercial role at a  Business Unit or Divisional level or operations management role gained at similar level  
• Ability to contribute to the preparation of contract claims and review financial information
• Ability to proactively manage dispute process with clients and subcontractors.
• Working knowledge of the common law, state and federal regulations and statue as it relates to commercial issues
• Excellent commercial management skills relating to construction type contracts
• Good working knowledge of construction law and its related contracts
• Excellent communications skills for internal and external clients
