Project Manager is required for an established Residential Builder/ Developer, to oversee 2 projects luxury unit residential developments in Sydney Northern Beaches worth $10 million combined, with a view to take on a larger $25 million project commencing in the Spring.

• This builder has 5 live projects in construction with values from $5 million to $20 million, and expertise in building luxury apartments

The ideal candidate must require the following skills:

• You will previously have worked as a Project Manager on residential unit developments in NSW, with a proven track record
• Residential medium rise construction experience sought
• Strong programming expertise
• Luxury residential project experience over $10 million
• Excellent communication skills 
• Excellent quality systems knowledge 
• Stakeholder management experience
• Ability to motivate and develop a team
• Project establishment with procedures and processes
• Construction Management Degree or similar
