About the position
The company are looking for skilled and experienced Excavator Operators who are confident working within residential and medium density properties on a variety of gradients. The work can be very intricate and detailed, and a solid knowledge and experience within Civil is essential.
Work invloves;
- Operating small and large Excavators between 1.5t and 50t
- Final trim and detail work
- Bulk excavation
- Attachment work including hammers and rock saws
- Working on projects such as storm water and drainage
- Working around live services
Requirements
- 3 years experience in operating Excavators
- Ability to operate between 1.5 tonne Excavtors to 50t machines
- Experience with using attachments including hammers and rock saws
- Final trim and detail works experience
- Ability to work alone as well as in a team
- Experience working around live services
- Experience working with storm water and drainage systems
- Current white card
- Excavator ticket / VOC
- Ability to work long hours and overtime
- Full PPE
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work on ground outside machine when required
- Punctual, reliable and physically fit
